The T6 Naglers are my favorite eyepieces, I own 3 of them: A 2.5mm, 5.0mm and a 11mm
I prefer not to use barlows when possible, this is why I chose these eyepieces. I use the 2.5mm to study the moon and the 11mm for DSOs.
I bought the The 5mm for medium to high magnification. I own a Tele Vue TV-85 (Ivory), at 600mm you get a 120x magnification, perfect for M13 which is one of my favorite objects to look at. M13 although is easy to find and look at, using a high-end telescope, diagonal and eyepiece, stars appear bright and very disctinct.
Saturn appears beautiful at 120x through this eyepiece. Details are very sharp, this is both due to the quality of the scope as well as the eyepiece.
Jupiter is bright and detailed, I can see two sharp moon shadows, the red spot is pronounced although its color is more rosey/peachy.
No false color on the limb of the Moon that I can see.
All in all, this eyepiece is a pleasure to look at, I don't switch eyepieces often, in any particular night, I choose a particular set of objects to track and look at.
Contrast is very nice even when viewing very bright objects, again the scope has something to do with it.
I don't see any curvature, although I've read in other reviews that some do see at the very outer edge.
I give this eyepiece an 8 out of 10 because first I don't believe there is a 10 out there and second, it is somewhat expensive. Otherwise optically, it is a 10.
