This piece is extraordinary. If you have a big enough mirror to get the light to it you can actually move your head from side to side to take in the field of view. This piece doesn't fit a 1.25 focuser, it's a true 2" with a camera lens as the eyepiece primary. Check it out at surplusshed.com. Although it is best as a planet piece, clusters and galaxies work great because the exit lens is big enough (about 10mm!) without impeding metal to allow you to look left / right / up / down to see the rest of what the 2" barrel is giving you. I'm hooked on this eyepiece and waiting for a 2 or 3 or 4 mm with a true 2" barrel and primary lens.

Pros

Extremely comfortable eye relief and field of view for such high magnification.
Where else have you seen a true 2" 10mm?

Cons

The stop ring isn't low enough.  I have to tighten the eyepiece in about a cm before the stop ring wants to rest
